New Generation of Stress Management

The
Synergetic Stress Relief Programme is essentially a comprehensive health promotion and stress management programme, incorporating many other dimensions that are relevant to the quality of life.

The SSR Programme is an offspring of the Health Promotion Clinics concept of the UK’s National Health Service – which encouraged the use of complementary medicine in general practice, back in 1990.

The SSR Programme is a sophisticated blend of preventive, therapeutic, educational, recreational and psychosocial approaches that deal with the building blocks of health and psychosocial well-being in a holistic manner. The decrease in stress levels is not the goal; it is simply a natural consequence, a side effect if you will, of the inner processes being ignited and supported in adequate ways. The workshops capture the best practices of the complementary medicine in terms of efficiency and simplicity, combined with innovative approaches and methodologies, making the SSR Programme so
distinctive – a New Generation of Stress Management.

SSR Course

The empowerment of an individual is the key strategic approach of the SSR Programme. The clients are trained in self-help for any situation, in a way that produces lasting outcomes.

The SSR Course lasts two months, and the Foundation SSR Package provides 35 hours of individual and group work: theory, practical training, introductory/final interview, support, health/well-being and customised monitoring, evaluation; optional services include consultations, recommendations, etc.
