The SSR Recreation Sector Project, the first one to promote the SSR Programme as the New Generation of Stress Management, unfolds since March 2007. The SSR Programme is going to be launched on the market by selected fitness & wellness providers from Belgrade, Serbia, in September.

Brian Potter, MBChB, FRGGP

A doctor qualified in Scotland who has extensive experience in patient management and assisting patients to manage their own problems and try out various solutions. A committed, flexible, enthusiastic natural leader with proven communication and interpersonal skills and stature able to enthuse and focus others to work in a determined and effective fashion.

Graduated from the Medical School of Edinburgh University, with distinctions in medicine, surgery, child life and health. A distinguished career, in medical and related fields of Education and Social Work, led to various executive posts including:
-   A Senior Medical Officer in UK's Ministry of Health, with important assignments (1991 - 1996)
-   Scottish Secretary of the British Medical Association, with several tasks at hand (1995 - 1999)
-   Consultancy work (health policy) and project management for the European Union and World Bank in              South-East Europe (2001 - 2007)

One of the key figures of the health care reform in Serbia, since 2002. At present (August 2007), in charge of the project Improving Preventive Health Services in Serbia (an EU-funded project managed by the European Agency for Reconstruction).


Predrag Stankovic

Stress management trainer and complementary medicine therapist with multidisciplinary background, trained in UK in the late eighties. Therapeutic work in a complementary medicine centre (London, autumn 1988 – spring 1991), mainly with clients who did not respond well to conventional treatments offered by the National Health Service (NHS), or had special health/psychosocial needs; involved in training of complementary medicine therapists and community health promotions.

Working in Serbia since 1992. Co-operated with the British Council, health care and scientific institutions in Belgrade, non-governmental organisations, participated in research projects, held lectures and workshops, run courses, promoted health issues in printed media, took part in international conferences and symposiums, etc.

Resourcefulness emanating from versatility in education, training, interests and broad life experience reinforces natural talents, skills, creativity and personal qualities. Explores the interaction between the material world and the psychological and spiritual blueprint of human existence.
